BaBa Sheep is a series of parable-like children's books meant to entertain the young ones and also teach godly morals and lessons that will help them through life. You'll find that BaBa Sheep will be an instant children's classic among children's literature!

Each BaBa Sheep book is inspired by one or more verses in the bible and interpreted into a digestible story so kids can start understanding true Christian values and morals early on.

Believe it or not, BaBa Sheep originated from a simple final exam assignment in high school!

When Austyn was a junior in high school, his Animal Science teacher gave her students a choice on how they want to do their final exam. There were many options, but of course, Austyn chose the children's book option. The handmade book had to contain some kind of moral and words that little kids could understand.

Then, after coming up with ideas and sketches with his sister's help, he had made a simple color-penciled, paper-folded, spine-stapled book called "BaBa Sheep".

After he had turned it in and gotten an 'A', he told his teacher that one day he would turn it into a real children's book. His teacher had no doubt, especially since she knew about his previous fantasy novels.
Fast forward to 2023, and after publishing 5 novels over his years in high school, he asked God what to write next. That's when God said clearly, "Finish the BaBa Sheep book, but turn it into a Christian children's book." So he agreed and got to work.

The first thing was finding an illustrator, and after months of research and asking God for help, Austyn saw someone's post on Facebook asking about illustrators. In the comments, someone said "TullipStudio". And ever since then, they have been the company that Austyn has continued to partner with.

The second thing was getting the funds to pay the illustrator and get the book published. Of course, God had that covered too. Every single fundraiser for the BaBa Sheep project was a success in it's own way, and after about 5 months of raising money, the illustrator was paid, and the book was published on February 28th, 2024. All thanks to God, the community, the businesses, the churches, and Austyn's supportive family.
